C.A. SPENCER Inc. was founded in 1908 and still bears the name of its founder; Charles Alexander Spencer. Since this time, the company has been growing immensely and team-spirit amongst co-workers has never stopped thriving. With the addition of a new and dynamic workforce, the company being entirely employee owned has developed into a predominant leader in the hardwood industry.
