Job Description


A casual labourer will support our teams by performing various cleanup and general labour duties throughout our facility. Students must be actively attending grade 12, upgrading or in post-secondary education with proof of registration.


  • Demonstrated commitment to safety;
  • Alignment with Tolko’s values of safety, respect, progressiveness, integrity, open communication, and profit;
  • Experience working in an manufacturing and/or industrial environment;
  • Ability to work Friday graveyard shifts;
  • Able to work both independently and in a team environment;
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot;
  • Experience with hand tools;
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude;
  • Actively attending high school (minimum age of 17), upgrading or in post-secondary education;
  • General familiarity with or experience in the forest products industry is an asset.
