andidates must have a mechanical engineering degree and will work in the engineering department ensuring projects are developed, planned and implemented according to determined budgets and timelines. The successful candidate will work closely with both Resolute and contractor engineers on short and long term capital projects. Candidates must have at least 3 years previous experience as a projects manager and preference will be given to individuals with experience in an industrial manufacturing facility. Candidates must have their professional engineering designation or have the ability to obtain it within 1 year.
Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work collaboratively within a fast paced and structured environment. Strong computer skills in MS Project and Office along with excellent strategic thinking skills will be beneficial in order to be successful in this role. You must be organized and willing to work within an environment that places safety first.
