Our Woodlands Operations Supervisor – Community and Stakeholder Engagement position allows you to plant your roots with Tolko. We’re looking for an experienced Woodlands Operations Supervisor for our Southern Interior Woodlands Division. The Southern Interior Woodlands Team manages Tolko's tenure and fibre supply in the Southern Interior of British Columbia, covering an area of 953,447 hectares. We are dedicated to sustaining these areas to the benefit of all who live and work there.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

5+ years community and stakeholder engagement experience;
A proven commitment to safety;
Strong time management and communication skills;
A passion for facing new challenges and new perspectives;
A general knowledge of the BC Forest Industry

In this role you will:

Work with the Woodlands Department and a broad range or community and rural stakeholders to help foster collaborative solutions and understanding.
Interact with various teams and build strong relationships with the people you work with.
Support Tolko’s objectives for safety, environment, production, cost and quality.
Perform work both in office and in the field.
Regular travel across the southern interior of BC in the communities of Barriere, Kamloops, Kelowna, Merritt and Vernon.
