Weyerhaeuser Princeton Timberlands is on the lookout for a
passionate and driven Forestry
Supervisor
 to join our vibrant team in Princeton, BC.
This role offers the chance to be part of a professional and
empowered team managing forestry operations across the stunning
Nicola, Similkameen, and Okanagan Regions of Southern British
Columbia. Our team supplies 1.0 million m³/year of wood to the
Weyerhaeuser sawmill and other wood-using facilities in the
region.

Requirements


  • Commitment to safety and acting as a role model in day-to-day
    responsibilities.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to develop effective
    working relationships.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple
    priorities.

  • Working knowledge of forestry legislation.

  • Registered, or eligible for registration within 6 months, as a
    Registered Professional Forester with the Forest Professionals
    British Columbia (FPBC).

  • Preferred 2 years of relevant experience.

Compensation
:
This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we
are targeting a salary range of $81,600 – $117,400 based on your
level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be
eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash
bonus targeting 7% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range
from zero to two times that target.
