Entry Level Relief
Operator

 We are seeking candidates who are
interested in a growth opportunity in a production environment.

 Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success working in a fast paced, manufacturing, or
    industrial environment
  • Grade 12 or GED
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Mobile equipment experience (forklift, skid steer, loader)
  • Flexibility to work all shifts, including nights and
    weekends
  • Demonstrated team skills & basic computer knowledge
  • Self-starter with good organizational skills & ability to
    do things methodically.
  • A strong commitment to Health and Safety
  • Mechanical aptitude & initiative for problem solving

Responsibilities:

  • Working in a physically demanding environment
  • Assisting mill operators and other workers
  • May assist with minor repairs and maintenance
  • General housekeeping duties, pressure washing and painting

Slave Lake Pulp is a Bleached Chemical Thermo-Mechanical Pulp
(BCTMP) mill located approximately 2.5 hours north of Edmonton,
Alberta.  Slave Lake Pulp is committed to continuous
