Entry Level Relief
Operator
We are seeking candidates who are
interested in a growth opportunity in a production environment.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success working in a fast paced, manufacturing, or
industrial environment - Grade 12 or GED
- A valid driver’s license
- Mobile equipment experience (forklift, skid steer, loader)
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including nights and
weekends - Demonstrated team skills & basic computer knowledge
- Self-starter with good organizational skills & ability to
do things methodically. - A strong commitment to Health and Safety
- Mechanical aptitude & initiative for problem solving
Responsibilities:
- Working in a physically demanding environment
- Assisting mill operators and other workers
- May assist with minor repairs and maintenance
- General housekeeping duties, pressure washing and painting
Slave Lake Pulp is a Bleached Chemical Thermo-Mechanical Pulp
(BCTMP) mill located approximately 2.5 hours north of Edmonton,
Alberta. Slave Lake Pulp is committed to continuous
