Final Blog and Thank You!

Well, my summer is almost over and soon I’ll be back to school. I’m glad I was able to get out of the city for the summer and work in Quesnel and have a few adventures. I biked my favourite trails, I planted some trees, saw baby birds hatch, and I spent time with my family and friends. My favourite part of the summer was exploring British Columbia. I drove east through the Cariboo Mountains and west to the Coast Mountains. I saw a lot of lakes and forests and remembered why I love living in BC. Next summer I’ll be finished school and I’ll hopefully have a little free time to have some new adventures. Here are some of the photos and videos I took over the summer:
Summer was great but for now I have one more year of studies, which I am looking forward too. I would really like to thank West Fraser/ Quesnel Plywood for hiring me as summer student and the Forest Products Association of Canada for giving me the opportunity to write for them! It’s been a great summer and I’m glad I got share it in blog form. I wish luck to next year’s interns and hope they have just as much fun as I did.
