Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Admin Assistant provides human resources administrative and clerical support for the Tolko Armstrong Site which includes a Lumber Mill, Plywood Plant and Cogeneration Facility.

The HR Admin Assistant is responsible for, but not limited to: data entry; internal customer service; report and presentation preparation; coordinating correspondence; assisting in the recruitment processes and coordination of special projects; and filing. The HR Admin Assistant will be required to perform numerous tasks with deadlines and have expert knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications.


  • Graduation from a post-secondary advanced business or technology program;
  • Experience in an administrative role in an industrial environment preferably within an HR Department;
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skills; and
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain strong attention to detail.
