Independent Project

I have started working on an Energy Survey project for the Mackenzie sawmill. For this independent project, I will be responsible for collecting amperage and voltage readings from different motors to calculate power consumption for 3-phase motors. The purpose of this survey will be to understand the energy consumption at the site and propose new methods to decrease energy consumption. I will be submitting the report by August 1st to the corporate. It has been a great learning experience for me so far. It is definitely rewarding to be able to apply the knowledge learned in class at work.
